All About the Family, Inc. was founded with a simple belief: when individuals and families are given the right support, resources, and opportunities, lives can change.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, we are working toward becoming a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families, restoring hope, and creating second chances.

Our vision is to serve individuals and families experiencing hardship through clothing and household assistance, community resource navigation, homelessness and recovery outreach, job-readiness support, volunteer opportunities, and our developing Second Chance Workforce Program.

 As we grow, our goal is to create a charitable thrift store where donated merchandise can be used to directly assist families or generate funding that supports our programs and services.

We believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—regardless of where they are in life.

 Meet Our Board of Directors

Andrew M. Fulner — Founder, President & CEO
Andrew is the founder and driving force behind All About the Family, Inc. His vision is to build an organization that doesn't simply provide temporary assistance but helps people discover opportunities to move forward. Andrew oversees the organization's development, operations, community partnerships, and long-term vision.

Edgar M. Magdaleno — Vice President
As Vice President, Edgar works alongside the President and Board to support the organization's mission, operations, and continued development. He assists with organizational decision-making and helps ensure that our programs remain focused on serving individuals and families in our community.

Wendy L. Baird Magdaleno — Secretary
Wendy serves as Secretary and brings extensive experience in social services, family support, advocacy, resource coordination, and working with individuals experiencing difficult circumstances. She helps guide the organization's community-service programs while maintaining important corporate records and supporting the Board's governance responsibilities.

Catherine E. Rearden — Treasurer
Catherine serves as Treasurer and helps oversee the financial responsibilities of All About the Family, Inc. She works with the Board to promote responsible financial practices, accurate recordkeeping, and accountability so that the organization's resources remain focused on its mission and the people it serves.
